Brain researchers have discovered that when we stay creative and consciously develop new habits, we create new brain cells, that can jump our trains of thought onto new, innovative tracks. So the article describes how we - if we challenge ourselves to try new things the more inherently creative we become, both in our work and in our private lifes.
