Biography

I started Innoversity Network in 2000 when I first took interest in the relationship between innovation and diversity, a network with more than 400 members worldwide.

In 2007 I finished my PhD studies about the role of homogenuity and diversity in organisational innovation.

I thrive on diversity - and people who are different in one way or another, and am enthusiastically pursuing a vision of making more organizations worldwide (yes!) embrace 'the weird, the non-fitters and the noise-makers into their organisations' - thereby making away with homogenuity and encouraging creativity in organizational innovation practices.

In order to do so, I have been working with a range of different organisations, primarily in Denmark but also in Europe and the US. Noteworthy among these are Procter & Gamble, Kraft Food, LEGO, ARLA Foods, Novozymes, LEO Pharma, Danske Bank, TDC, Danish Broadcasting Corporation, Jyske Bank and Pfizer.
